Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
– Unused and in the same condition as when you received it. – Returned in the original packaging. – Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note, the following items cannot be returned:
– Educational materials such as workbooks, learning kits, and art supplies.
– Digital products such as downloadable courses or e-books.
– Sale items or products purchased under promotional offers.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us via email at enquiry@yelaoshr.edu.my with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions, including where to send the item.
3. Once the return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 14 days using the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
Exchange Policy
Items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same product. Please contact our support team at enquiry@yelaoshr.edu.my to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless it was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
