Teaching Job Description

1on1 to teach 4-12-year-old children Chinese , Malay, English, abacus and brain development.
Encourage children at the right time, increase their confidence, and let them learn not to learn, but to love
Learn the "3 " mode: carefully designed to introduce and attract children's attention; elaborately design questions to cultivate children's interest in learning; carefully design exercises to improve children's learning ability
Within 18-24 months, high-performing teachers are expected to be promoted to trainers or center leaders

What does a Preschool teacher do at Yelaoshr?

Developing and fostering appropriate learning and socializing in order for children to learn fundamental skills and ideas such as communication, politeness, and sharing, among others.
Monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional difficulties and reporting concerns to staff and parents helps to keep the workplace safe.
Introducing youngsters to art, music, athletics, and other potential hobbies in order to help them discover new interests.
Assisting children in acquiring positive behavior and, if necessary, providing direction or approved discipline.
Getting kids ready to go on to the next level of care or start school.
Keeping track of child care records.
Working with parents to assist children in achieving their educational and behavioral objectives.
Ensure the safety of the children in their care by supervising and monitoring them.
Assist children in maintaining proper hygiene.
