YELAOSHR® Creative Teaching Centre is an educational centre (not a tutoring centre!) co-founded by a group of experienced and professionally trained all-female teachers who are passionate about education. At present, it is the most trusted one-to-one curriculum centre by parents in teaching children to recognize, read, use the abacus, and develop the brains of young children. There are a total of 60 sub-centres in Malaysia, with over 380 all-female teachers.
1 to 1 teaching with children aged 4-12 years old in Chinese, Bahasa and English literacy reading, abacus mental arithmetic, and creative teaching courses for left and right brain development
Encourage children in a timely manner, boost their confidence, and let them learn not only for the sake of learning, but learning from a place of interest
Learning the “three essences” model: well-designed introduction to attract children’s attention; carefully designed questions to cultivate children’s interest in learning; elaborately designed exercises to improve children’s learning ability
Within 18-24 months, high-performing teachers are expected to be promoted to trainers or centre leaders
Basic requirements
Open only for women, with or without experience, and the centre will provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Have an affinity with children and enjoy spending time with them
Possess a “three-heart” attitude: patience, attentiveness, and a sense of responsibility.
Has a diligent spirit and selfless dedication to educating the children
Enjoys teaching with innovation and creativity at their core and desire a diversified learning experience for the children
Able to provide children with the respect and understanding they deserve
Have a cheerful and gentle personality, with good execution and communication skills.

An annual income of RM24,000-RM42,000
